More than $482,600 will be given to local governments and community organisations across Western Australia towards the fight against graffiti.
The funding is in addition to the Government’s $4 million allocation in the next four years of the State Budget to continue the work undertaken by the Graffiti Taskforce and WA Police.
The Liberal-National Government has provided more than $1.1million in anti-graffiti grants since coming into power.
To report graffiti for removal or to provide police with information on an offender, contact the Goodbye Graffiti hotline on 1800 44 22 55 or visit http://www.goodbyegraffiti.wa.gov.au
